Ordering and Account Information



• How do I sign up?

To create an account, please go to REGISTRATION and fill out all the information for your account to be approved.

• How do I place my first order?

Simply place your order and you will be prompted to register and follow the steps.

• Do you issues refunds or exchanges?

Yes if a package is lost or stolen we have a dispute process and all packages are tracked.

• How do I get in contact with a cutomer service representative?

Payment and Fees

• What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept E transfers only.

• How do I send an E-transfer?

Simply place your order and send eTransfers to [email protected]
When you place your order indtructions will be given regarding password and order number.


• How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders Xpresspost with Canada Post Shipping usually takes about 2-3 business days to major cities of Canada. Please plan accordingly if you want to receive your order the same week. We highly recommend you place the order on the weekend or Monday/Tuesday if you wish to receive the order the same week. NOTE: Canada Post does not accept parcels on the weekends which is why there is no shipping. All weekend orders will be shipped first thing Monday *DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19 MAY AFFECT DELIVERY TIMES



Shipping and Handling

• When will my order be shipped?

Orders paid before 10:00 AM (PST) will ship the same business day. Any orders paid for after 10:00 AM (PST) will be shipped the following business day (Excluding Weekends & Holidays)

• Will my order be shipped safely and discreetly?

Yes all packaging is professionally sealed and packaged.

• I have not received my order, What shold I do?

Check your tracking number.  If there is a discrepancy on delivery date please email us at [email protected]
